Cant find templates and no contact infor for support … aggravating
Cant find templates and no contact infor for back up … aggravating. In that location's a agglomeration of links for support with some info, but NO email for specific questions.
No instructions but finally figured information technology out; good diversity
I was figuring that the templates would automatically testify upwardly in my Numbers Template Chooser. After restarting my computer twice and not finding whatever answers on the seller's website or twitter feed as to why they weren't showing upward I decided to exercise a Finder search using the word "Templates." That's where I saw the awarding and realized that it was a separate application, outside of Numbers. When you choose a template from Numbers Pro, Numbers asks if you would like to add the template to "My Templates." So, in all, a skillful set of templates but a footling disruptive in the starting time.

Templates are great! They are found on the launchpad after download.
